Why many personal trainers do not use REAL weight loss workouts for their clients…

Don’t get me wrong; many personal trainers are true masters of their profession and can boast one great success story after another, and are in super high demand. But the reality is that people need to make money to pay rent, mortgages and support their families. Some personal trainers will do whatever it takes to keep a client for as long as possible or get new clients.

As a result, these personal trainers have their overweight clients performing nutty stunts that are designed to attract attention, rather than burn fat! They are designed to make the client think that the trainer is really onto something, and then when the fat does not come off, the trainer tells the client that some people are genetically prone to being overweight.

 

THIS IS WRONG! Regardless of your genes or past failures at attempts to lose pounds, you CAN finally get rid of all that fat – once you have effective weight loss workouts in your game plan. The right weight loss workouts will NOT fail you, even if you are an endomorph.

Effective weight loss workouts exclude cardio and aerobics.

Surprised? Most people are, because ever since the aerobics craze of the 1970s, people have been taught to believe that the ultimate path to a lean, fit and tight physique is doing tons of aerobics: running, jogging, “fitness walking,” biking, hip-hopping, dancing, housework, and even those ridiculous abdominal gadgets you’ve seen on TV informercials.

Wearing yourself out on a treadmill or counting daily steps are NOT effective weight loss workouts.

The best weight loss workouts — ones that result in a much higher resting metabolism, six-pack abs, beautiful shapely muscles and low body fat percentage — involve lifting weights, and this includes heavy weights.

There is no such thing as a permanent extreme fat loss diet, but there ARE diets that will cause permanent weight loss because they’re easy to follow.

 

Light weights simply will not “cut” your body and melt off the fat. Nor will using weight machines or bouncing around medicine balls. If your personal trainer is having you bounce medicine balls, pose in funny positions on the floor, stand on shaky platforms while you press little dumbbells over your head, or walk on a treadmill while clinging to it, you are wasting your money and will never get the body of your dreams.
